Who we are looking for

Professionals, ready to help and support
Falck offers diverse career opportunities. Working in our company is an exciting adventure and a challenge. Together we contribute to our society. No matter which function you perform, you will find many rewarding tasks that help you develop your personal and professional skills.

As a Falck paramedic, you are part of a professional team based on care, responsibility and thorough preparation. To be eligible for this position, you must have completed a university degree in Emergency Medicine. If you don't have any experience, we can help you get some.

A doctor's job requires constant contact with people, openness and patience, but also a great deal of knowledge and responsibility. At Falck, we employ doctors to provide medical consultations, visits and advice to patients, including at their place of residence. Depending on demand, we employ people who have a university degree in medicine; a valid licence to practise medicine; and have commenced specialisation training or specialisation in fields such as internal medicine; paediatrics; family medicine, etc.

In our ambulances, each crew member is assigned responsible tasks. As an ambulance driver, you pick up patients from their homes and drive them safely to and from hospitals for treatment. An emergency vehicle can only be driven by a person who has been granted a permit to drive it. This permit is issued to a person who is at least 21 years of age, holds the appropriate category of driving license, has completed the relevant course and has passed a psychological and medical examination.

As a Falck firefighter, you are a well-prepared team member, ready to act with the best equipment as soon as the alarm sounds. Responding rapidly to emergencies, fires in high-risk facilities and critical infrastructure, you and your colleagues are first on the scene, saving lives and valuable assets and ensuring the safety of those present. If you want to work as a rescue officer in Falck's corporate rescue service team, you must have completed basic firefighter training and a qualified first aid course. In addition, you will need a category B or C driving licence and a licence to drive emergency vehicles. Traineeship and experience in chemical, ecological and height rescue are welcome.

Whether it is customising and implementing new business software or configuring tablets for emergency services, your colleagues rely on your work to save lives.
